Dan Moulton has been a licensed Realtor since 1989 and soon became one of the top agents in the State of Iowa. Dan has been nationally recognized for his innovative financing techniques and sales training that benefited many Realtors that were just coming on the scene.
Highlights of Dan's Real Estate Career include:
1. No. 1 Agent in Iowa for Coldwell Banker in 1990 and 1991.
2. No. 1 Agent in Iowa for Better Homes and Gardens in: 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, and 2000.
3. First Agent in Iowa to achieve over $23,000,000 in sales and listings sold in 1994.
4. Chosen Howard Brinton Star Power Club in 1998.
5. First Agent in Iowa to sell over $42,000,000 in sales and listing sold in 1999.
6. No. 2 agent in United States for Better Homes and Gardens with 262 transactions closed in 1999.
7. 2000 - Achieved Chairman's Club with RE/MAX in first two years with RE/MAX.
8. The Dan Moulton Team, 2000-2004 directed & trained a Team of 10 highly motivated Realtors and Assistants.
9. 2005 - Established Moulton & Associates, Realtors, Ankeny, Iowa. An Independent Real Estate Company specializing in Listing and Selling, new construction, resales, and built to order homes. Dan trained & directed 35 new Realtors in Sales, Listing & financing techniques.
The fruits of Dan's labor is realized daily as his four sons have taken over the day to day operations of Moulton & Associates, Realtors.
 

Heath Moulton - Broker Associate 

1996 - Licensed Realtor at the age of 18.
2000 - Graduated from Drake University w/ Finance Degree
2001 - Graduated from the Howard Brinton Buyer Specialization Course.
2001, Real Estate Broker's License.
Since 2004, Heath has successfully closed over 450 transaction and $85 million in sales. Heath has helped over 600 families purchase their dream homes, and worked with over 200 first time home buyers.
Personally coached by Mike Ferry since November 2005.
Circle of Excellence Award in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008
Married since February 2004, Heath enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah, daughter, Nina, born in 2005 , and son, Tate, welcomed in 2007. 

Julie Moulton joined Dan in real estate in 1992 primarily to be his licensed assistant. Together they became Ankeny's most successful real estate family. Julie's main focus was on closing the transactions and ensuring that the process goes as smoothly as possible. Since 1992, Julie has successfully closed over 2000 transactions with a high of 262 closed transactions in a single year. Working out the details in a closing today requires an extensive amount of time and knowledge, mixed in with a great deal of patience.
Today, Julie, is actively listing and selling real estate and overseeing the day to day operations of Moulton & Associates, Realtors.
In Julie's spare time she is the proud Mother of 6 children, 3 daughter-in-laws, and 4 grandchildren.
 

Josh Moulton, Broker 

Josh has been a licensed Realtor upon his graduation from High school in 2002. Josh attended DMAAC & worked w/ Julie on administrative work, bookkeeping, and closings. It did not take long for Josh to become very proficient and soon computerized the office. Josh is also credited w/ licensing and setting up Moulton & Associates, Realtors in 2004. He also received his Broker License in 2004.
In 2005, Josh followed his dream of building houses and established Classic Builders. Today, he & Seth, are building primarily ranch style homes in the $175-350K price 6, they enjoy traveling, playing softball, spending time w/ nieces, nephews, family & dog-Maddie.
 

Seth was licensed in 2004 upon leaving UNI and playing College Baseball for 4 years. The competitive spirit remains alive and well in Seth. Seth received Rookie of the Year honors for Sales & Listings Sold in 2005. In 2006, Seth joined his brother, Josh & Classic Builders, specializing in affordable spec and custom ranches priced from $170-375K.
Seth specializes in new construction, 1st time homebuyers, and move-up buyers.
When Seth is not selling or listing a home, you will find him on competitive fast or slow pitch softball teams, loving and playing w/ his nieces and nephews and spending time w/ his Boxer, Rocky or Jackson the Pug.
 

Justin Greenfield came to Ankeny right out of High School in 2002 to go to DMAAC. Shortly after arriving, Justin came to Moulton & Associates asked to be an intern. His father, Mark Greenfield, Remax, Ames, IA suggested he look us up. Justin has seen all aspects of the Real Estate business. Soon after, he received his Real Estate license and became invaluable to us w/ his extensive knowledge of camera's and computers.
Today, Justin is a successful Realtor, homeowner, landlord and contributing member of our City. Justin specializes selling new construction, 1st time homebuyers, & move-up buyers.
Justin sponsors a slow pitch softball team, basketball team & even plays! He enjoys spending time on his family's farm and is active in his church 

Christina Anderson - Closing Coordinator  

Christina is a licensed realtor with 4 years experience in the field. Christina's knowledge and expertise in real estate and the closing process has concluded in successfully closing many transactions. She can assist with any questions or concerns that develop after the sale or before the closing process. Christina has been with Moulton & Associates since the beginning!!
